| Customer | Partner's end user, the one who makes and pays for the international transfer. |
| Partner | Entity that has a contract with Remessa Online to use the FX as a Service product. |
| Quotation | Process of calculating cost of sending the cross border payment. |
| Registration | Process of sending the customer data and document to Remessa Online. In this process, we enrich the data, perform compliance checks and send to our partner bank. |
| Recipient or beneficiary | Is the person, natural or legal, who will receive the transfer values. |
