Company Customer (deprecated)
Customer registration is the process in which the partner's end customer is registered and goes through our compliance validation process.
This registration is divided in two steps:
- Registration of the customer's data;
- Registration of the customer's document.

In this version, only companies with a single shareholder will be accepted.

Register company data
Data required to register a company customer:

| Company's complete address. |
| Member's complete information (Document, Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Birthday, Nationality, Monthly Income, Net Worth, Profession, Marital Status, Birth Place, Address). |
Types of shareholder identification document
| Document | Description |
|---|---|
| RG | Customer ID in Brazil |
| CNH | Driver license. Both the Traditional and the digital models can be used. |
| RNE | National number ID of foreigners |
Document
The document must be a JPG or PNG and have a maximum size of 30MB.
After we receive the customer's data and ID, the information will be sent to compliance and KYC validations.
As the process is asynchronous, it will be necessary to wait for the end of the process, so the customer can carry on with the international transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to check the customer status, otherwise the transaction will get an error.
Customer status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| AWAITING_DOCUMENT_UPLOAD | Registered customer, pending document submission. |
| UNDER_ANALYSIS | Registered customer and document sent, awaiting to finish the KYC process. |
| APPROVED | Customer approved and is authorized to make transactions. |
| REFUSED | The customer was not approved and won't be able to make transactions. |
