The response will contain the following properties:
1. fieldsDescription: a detailed list of the required fields to be included in the bankAccount object.
2. bankAccount: a summary of the bankAccount object that needs to be included when creating a counterparty for outbound transactions. The fields with an empty string should be filled according to the counterparty's information when creating a new counterparty.
