Addition of New Statuses in Customer Registration Process

To improve the monitoring and handling of customer onboarding, we have introduced new status updates in the customer registration process. These statuses help streamline the identification of pending actions and accelerate the KYC verification journey.

The following statuses have been implemented:

  • UNDER_ANALYSIS: After customer registration and submission of documents, the status will be set to UNDER_ANALYSIS, indicating that the KYC verification process is ongoing.

  • KYC_PENDING: This status is assigned when the customer receives a notification regarding an issue in the KYC process, requiring them to resolve outstanding issues in order to proceed.

  • STAND_BY: If the customer remains in either UNDER_ANALYSIS, KYC_PENDING, or DOCUMENTATION_PENDING status for over 15 days, the status will change to STAND_BY. This status highlights that the registration is on hold and awaiting action from the customer or a responsible party to continue with the review process.
