Addition of Webhook for Customer Registration Deletion

We have implemented a new webhook event for deletion requests to enhance transparency and compliance in customer registration management.

The following update has been introduced:

• Webhook for DELETED Status: When a customer requests registration deletion, a webhook with the status DELETED will be sent to the partner after the deletion process is successfully completed.

This webhook is triggered under the CUSTOMER_STATUS_UPDATED subscription and serves to confirm the entity's deletion, ensuring compliance and providing clear status updates throughout the process.
